If you are having trouble logging in or experiencing an issue with the password reset option, here are a few things to try.

1. Try logging in with your email address as your username.
2. Sometimes settings on phones and Internet browsers block certain actions, so clearing your cache/cookies may help.
3. If you’re not sure how to clear cache, you can try opening the site on a different browser (i.e. Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Internet Explorer) or a different device (i.e. PC or phone). Either of those options will offer a way to work around the settings.
